British author who appears to have written only these two pony/farm stories which are both interesting reads for those who like farming, and have lovely illustrations by collectable illustrator Peter Biegel.

SUMMARY: Elizabeth, Alistair and Peter are lucky enough to live on a farm, and this is a story about some of their farm and pony related adventures.

2) FARAWAY FARM

ILLUSTRATED BY PETER BIEGEL
SUMMARY: The three children have lots of fun with their ponies and on their farm in the holidays. But they also have the added responsibility of looking after another farm by themselves!

Collector's info:
There were not many editions of the books so they are not that common. Saying that, they can be picked up on the internet reasonably easily in the UK and are usually fairly low cost. Very nice illustrations by Peter Biegel also make them desirable for those who collect illustrators. Can also be found without too much trouble in the USA.
